- Prices
- The price of each item is shown on its product page. The currency and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
- Additional charges
- Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes and payment-related charges may apply. For orders delivered within Japan, shipping is generally sent freight collect by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express and is paid to the carrier on delivery.
- Payment methods and timing
- Available methods and the final amount are shown at checkout. Payment is processed when the order is confirmed or according to the terms of the selected payment provider. Japan freight collect is the shipping charge only and is not cash on delivery for the merchandise.
- Delivery
- In-stock and pre-order dispatch estimates are stated on the relevant product page. If production, customs, weather or carrier conditions cause a material delay, we will provide an update where practicable.
- Order period and quantity
- Pre-orders and limited items are accepted only during the stated sales period and while the allocated quantity is available. Sales may close early or be extended when clearly announced.
- Cancellation and returns
- Please see our Refund Policy. Except where required by applicable law or where an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned for a change of mind.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items
- Contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Keep all packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Nothing in this notice limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.
