By using this website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and our published Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies. Please read the product page carefully before purchase.
Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact and delivery information and for safeguarding your account.
Orders and contract formation
An automated order acknowledgement does not require us to accept an order. An order is accepted after payment succeeds and we confirm supply, pricing and compliance. We may cancel all or part of an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, payment risk or inability to deliver, and will refund the relevant amount already collected.
Prices, currencies and payment
Prices are displayed in the market and currency selected on the website. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated, shipping charges, import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price.
Pre-orders, proxy purchases and product information
- Pre-order deadlines and dispatch estimates are shown on the product page and may change because of production, supply or logistics.
- Proxy-purchase and limited items depend on supplier stock and allocation. If an item cannot be supplied, the affected amount will be refunded.
- Images are illustrative. Screens, printing, production batches and hand-finishing may cause minor differences that do not affect normal use.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
Shipping methods, freight-collect arrangements, failed delivery, cancellation, return and refund are governed by our current Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Website content, marks, images, text and designs belong to us or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, resold, adapted or commercially used without permission.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website for fraud, payment abuse, interference with systems, infringement, unlawful resale or any activity contrary to applicable law. We may refuse or cancel a transaction presenting a reasonable risk.
Liability and events beyond control
We use reasonable care to fulfil orders and provide accurate information, but are not liable beyond what applicable law requires for delay caused by natural events, government action, customs, carrier disruption, network failure or other matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and changes
Subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Updated Terms take effect when published and do not retrospectively change rights and obligations under an order already accepted.
