Refund policy
Please check the product, option, quantity, pre-order deadline and estimated dispatch date before ordering. Except as set out below or required by applicable law, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns for reasons including a change of mind, duplicate order, misunderstanding of size or colour, failure to collect, refusal, or failure to pay freight-collect charges or duties. Minor colour differences caused by screens or printing are not defects.
Pre-orders and proxy purchases
Pre-order and proxy-purchase items are ordered or produced based on confirmed demand and generally cannot be cancelled. If a supplier cancels production, has no stock, or we confirm that we cannot fulfil an item, we will refund the affected item.
Defective, damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number, photographs of the outer parcel and shipping label, photographs showing the issue, and a complete unboxing record where available. After review, we may arrange a replacement, reshipment, partial refund or refund. Reasonable return shipping required because of our error will be borne by us.
Return procedure
- Do not send any item back without our written approval and return instructions.
- Approved returns must include the original packaging, accessories and gifts, except for reasonable opening needed to inspect the item.
- Items damaged, used, incomplete or materially altered by the customer may not qualify for return or exchange.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider or issuing bank. Shipping, duties and processing charges are handled according to responsibility, carrier rules and applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
